BriceAmery Capital is a private equity / fund management company that arranges investments into business within the UK and beyond.  BriceAmery has a number of funds for investment and raises investment on behalf of it clients.  It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

We are focus on growing businesses, our approach is characterised by the following:

Our investments are structured according to the nature of the project and our investor(s) requirements.

Asset Management

Interest rates are currently at all time lows, with most bank investments unable to keep up with inflation. The need for a proactive approach to protecting the value of one's savings has never been greater.

BriceAmery's Asset Management team specialises in the search for exclusive investment opportunities offering Higher Income, Guaranteed Income and Capital Protection. These exclusive offers are generally only available to selected clients, such as those of BriceAmery, with a minimum investment of around £50k.

Raising Investment

We raise investment for business opportunities; the size of the investments varies between £500k to £250 million.  Our investors are based globally as are the business opportunities. We work with focused robust businesses that seek to create significant value and returns for investors.

We work with well managed companies in attractive sectors with the potential to grow organically or by acquisition. We are particularly interested in business with the following characteristics:
