We also act as a third party administrator for Unit Trust Managers who do not have in-house administration systems and who require pricing, valuation, accounting, taxation and registration services.

Fee structures are flexible depending on the complexity of the fund and the total value of funds under management. Being a specialist in setting up funds for private clients we do not impose a minimum fund size.

  • Preparation and submission of application for authorisation by relevant Authority
  • Preparation of scheme documentation including any instrument, trust deed and prospectus
  • Appointment of Depositary or Trustee

  • Monitor performance with scheme documentation and corporate governance
  • Processing share subscriptions, carrying out due diligence, money laundering verification on investors and source of funds, admitting, registering new investors issuing share certificates
  • Operating and reconciling the fund bank accounts
  • Approve and make distributions to investors
  • Deal with transfers of scheme units
  • Provide quarterly statements about fund portfolio and investments
  • Manage any add-hoc requests for investment information
