BriceAmery Capital is happy to work with referrers who will help develop new business opportunities and contacts with prospective investors. BriceAmery Capital Ltd will normally pay a fee to the referrer for their efforts. In order to ensure compliance and appropriate safeguards Briceamery will arrange a referral agreement prior to any introduction being made. The arrangement can take a number of different modes:

• A simple introduction to a prospective client about the services provided by the BriceAmery Capital, once the referral is made, the referrer steps back and will have no further role in the relationship
• In other cases the referrer takes on a more active role, including a non-executive role
• Or as a tailored approach according to the situation

The referral fee agreement can be set up to operate on a fixed fee or percentage basis, with payment being made once a transaction has been undertaken.
